One of my remotes no longer works including after replacing batteries as well as hitting setup button

... including entering setup code 981 to factory-reset the remote.
If you still cannot get your Ignite remote working, Rogers will replace it for you. Some Rogers stores carry replacement remotes. You can also contact Tech Support by telephone or send a private message to @CommunityHelps to request a replacement.

In that case, to obtain a replacement voice remote, you will need to engage with Rogers directly, either by calling Tech Support, sending a private message to @CommunityHelps , or checking with your local Rogers store to see if they can assist you.
