How many can I select?

Hi all,

This may sound stupid but how MANY ‘favorite’ channels can I select in the ignite app? At times it appears to boot some channels out in an arbitrary manner. I’m using the app on my iPad iOS 16.4.1.  Thank you for your help.

That's a good question! I'm not aware of any limit to the number of favourite channels you can select.

I wouldn’t pose this question if some of my favourite channels didn’t get booted out of my list from time to time" so that’s why I thought I’d ask here first. I’m going to call Rogers later today and see what they tell me. I’ll tell you what they say after I’ve spoken to them.

I forgot to add that I asked the community first because if this is like the apple community forums, they often know the answers before the actual employed apple experts. I rather suspect it’s similar here.
