This may sound stupid but how MANY ‘favorite’ channels can I select in the ignite app? At times it appears to boot some channels out in an arbitrary manner. I’m using the app on my iPad iOS 16.4.1. Thank you for your help.

I have the same issue but in reverse. It signs me out on my iPad but is fine on my android. I called an Roger’s tech who helped me and it seemed to work til tonight, so 24 hrs. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
I forgot to add that I asked the community first because if this is like the apple community forums, they often know the answers before the actual employed apple experts. I rather suspect it’s similar here.
I wouldn’t pose this question if some of my favourite channels didn’t get booted out of my list from time to time" so that’s why I thought I’d ask here first. I’m going to call Rogers later today and see what they tell me. I’ll tell you what they say...
