How to make a call

I am in Puerto Rico and need to call a taxi tomorrow to take me to the airport. I have a taxi driver’s business card but how do I connect? I have an iPhone 14 and just need instructions as it is the first time I am making a local call.

I don’t know if you received my previous reply to let you know that my question was answered. Just in case, it did not reach you, I repeat:

Puerto Ricans were very helpful with the call I needed to make to call a taxi to go to the airport yesterday. In fact, I had no problem whatsoever to make a local call in Puerto Rico for the first time, no roaming fees (colony of the United Stares) and I did not need to dial 1 either. Thank you for your help anyways.
