Awful Data Service - Markham / Richmond Hill

this is a SpeedTest  from last Thursday on 5g in the area of 404 & 16th Ave. been like this for a month now. something is clearly broken here.

already did that after this post. according to the rep I talked with already, they didn't see any issues on the network.

the person's fix was for me to try connecting to WiFi more at this location, which isn't even close to an option.

Hi, 

This area has had such weak connections for years. Fido and Rogers barely have data connection. If your team can send someone out there to test the service, you will see how bad it is.

I personally spend time in that general area and haven't noticed any issues with my service. If there is an issue in the area, it's likely isolated and we'd need to investigate further to figure out exactly what's going on.

We would need to troubleshoot and escalate a case to have the area investigated if we cannot resolve it directly.

my office is right at 404 and 16th and my signal is awful. I've tried opening multiple cases with the same issue and rogers says there are no issues in the area at all. the last rep i talked with told me to continue to use the self-reporting tool which does nothing as again, rogers says there are no issues in the area.
