Can't get help anywhere with Chatr Mobile - no support on weekends

Well, title says it all.

I have an apple iPhone brand new. I was able to call out and receive calls for about a month and then suddenly I could not call out.

I connected with apple support and the phone is fine. It is Chatr mobile that is not working and no help on weekends. I guess I will be bailing out with these people. I tried calling during the week but the wait times were nutty.

Time to leave the Rogers world for good I guess.

Chatr support is available Weekdays: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. EST and you can contact them from your Chatr phone call *611 or

1-800-485-9745.

If you're looking for a service with 24/7 technical support available, I would recommend switching to a Rogers mobile plan.
