Xfinity App looping login

Last night the app worked fine to pause a device on our system.  Trying to login this morning and getting a constant loop, have tried from my Samsung S22 and from an iphone with the same looping issue.  I've cleared cache, deleted cookies, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, nothing is working.  How do I get in to unpause the device?  I've never experienced this issue before today.
