I have been trying to view programmes on the TSN app and Sportsnet as well as other stations, and when I log-in through "my TV provider" Rogers, none of the programs are available, and appear locked. When trying to view any program it says I'm not subscribed for those channels, but I am as I have those via my Ignite cable TV.
I already called held desk, and they advised the issue is fixed, but it is not. Ticket number was C19xxxxxxx.

It sounds like the apps aren't recognizing your subscribed channels; this could happen when the Ignite TV account is not linked correctly with your MyRogers profile.
