cant reset password

when i try to reset a password it says "contact a specialist" so I go to the contact us page, there are no details, so I use the "new chat" button, talk to a bot until it gives me an opportunity to chat with a specialist. Ok, cool, but it only offered pre-determined problems and none of them are password recovery
