The following apps do not work on Pixel 7. Rogers Home Connect, Rogers WiFi, Rogers Ignite TV. When you click on these apps, it takes prompts you for the userid and password, on entering the requisite information it defaults back to the sign in page, on entering the sign in information for the second time, it takes you back to the sign in page, this has been going on for almost 2 months, despite numerous calls to Rogers Technical support, problem had not been solved.

Rogers apps not working on a specific device can be concerning. I'm assuming the same apps work on other devices. Let's try isolating the issue.

I'm having the same issue on the Ignite TV app with no pop-up blockers or VPN programs on. I don't have any issues with my iPad. And I don't have advanced security on.

Welcome to the community and congrats on your first post with us! We're sorry to hear about the issue you've encountered. I just have a few questions for you in hopes of getting this issue ironed out:
Do you happen to have the latest version of your device software on your Google device?
Do you have the latest version of the Ignite TV app downloaded?
Have you tried to delete the Ignite TV app and re-install?
Have you tried clearing the cache for the Ignite TV app?
If not, can you find the steps below in order to do so:
Go to Settings > Ignite TV app > Storage and cache, and tap Clear cache. If that doesn't work, you can also tap Clear storage.
