I've been trying to get into the app for 2 days and it's not responding. Are you having issues with it or is it just me?

I logged in fine yesterday and just tried it today without issue. It seemed to be a bit slow on my iPhone, but I usually use my iPad, which my wife is currently using.
Edit - tried again on my iPhone SE 2020 and the app was responding just fine.
Edit 2 - tried on my iPad Air 2020 and the app worked normally.

Are you still having difficulties accessing MyRogers? I've tested it myself and didn't have any issues. There are currently no known issues for MyRogers.
Please let us know if you're still having this issue.
