Hello,
I have a Internet 10 plan with Rogers and when I sign into Rogers website and view my account, the monthly (and daily) usage shows as 0 GB for all months (days). That can't be right since I use the Internet a lot. However the plan Overview shows the remaining usage for the current billing period is 81.7 GB which looks correct. So I can tell how close I am to my 100 GB limit but it sure would be nice to see the monthly and daily usage breakdown.

@BrianP1 : I've had similar issues for years. Lately around the end of the month my daily usage goes to zero. See the link below and previous posts in that thread.
For me it usually returns after a few days and since I'm on an unlimited plan I have no need to worry, but if it doesn't work for you at all, I suggest you PM the mods on this forum. Instructions below:
When logged into the forum, click on @CommunityHelps . On the page that comes up, you'll see a link on the top right of the screen to "send a message". If you're using a tablet or phone, you may need to switch your browser to the desktop version. How to do that will depend on the device but a web search should find it. There may be some back and forth required while Rogers get your personal information to look into your account. Personal information is not allowed in this forum.
When logged into the forum, check the envelope icon at the top right of the screen for messages. You would usually also receive an e-mail that you have a PM, but it may have ended up in your spam folder...

Mine is showing the same thing. I used to be able to check it daily for a few years now, and this has just been happening the last few months.

Why does the daily internet usage no longer show on the Rogers website? Mine hasn't showed for the past several months.

@ChrisHanson1963 : As discussed earlier in this thread, to which your post may have been moved, I also have issues with daily usage once in a while, but that usually corrects itself after a few days. This is with the MyRogers app and also on the MyRogers website. If you can't ever see your daily usage, then you may wish to contact Rogers as outlined in my "solution post" earlier in this thread.
As for the monthly usage, I also haven't had any information on that for several months, but I stopped banging my head against that particular wall. The monthly usage for that particular month does show in my monthly Rogers bill.

Good morning @ChrisHanson1963!
I understand that it would be inconvenient to be unable to track usage.
If you're unable to see it on the website, are you having the exact same issue when you login via the MyRogers app? Are you using a VPN by chance? A VPN can interfere with data tracking.
Regards,
RogersCorey

FYI, I had become used to seeing no monthly usage in 2024, but, I usually check my daily and monthly usage about once a month, just out of curiosity. Today, out of the blue, I noticed that my monthly usage is showing again, for the first time this year. This is via the MyRogers app and via the website.
(Monthly usage is shown in my bills, so it was always available there.)
