Hi. When downloading the MyRogers app it automatically switches to French. How to convert it back to English? Thank you

Normally, the MyRogers app is in the same language as your phone Settings. Therefore, if you switch your device to English and access our app, it'll automatically translate to the language selected.
If you have been encountering this problem and have gone through some troubleshooting, would you mind telling us more on the steps taken so far?
While it can be updated on your MyRogers online profile via browser, there is unfortunately no way of setting up the app in a specific language of your choice.
Are you able to confirm that your online profile is set to English by accessing your MyRogers account from a web page?
Simply sign in by entering your MyRogers credentials, then click on the "Settings" tab and finally select "Contact & Billing".
Additionally, can you confirm whether your wireless device is in a language other than French or English?

Just to clarify, is this happening when launching the Rogers.com website or the MyRogers app or both? And is it before or after you log into your MyRogers profile?
I would recommend clearing your cookies/cache, rebooting your device, and then retesting. Please keep us posted on the results!
