When I try accessing it thru the iOS myRogers app, I always get a popup stating "No Linked accounts" after logging in. However, when I login to MyRogers through rogers.com., it finds my account without any issues. I tried unlinking and relinking my account, and also uninstalling and re-installing the app. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this so I can use the myRogers app to access my accounts?

Greetings @Julianlai!
This issue should be fixed; however, you'll need to uninstall and reinstall the app for the fix to work. Simply updating the app will not resolve this matter. I apologize for the inconvenience.
If you're still having issues after reinstalling the app, please PM us so that we can troubleshoot with you further. For more information on how our Private Messaging system works, you can find out more here.

I also have same issue. The app is useless because it always says that there are no linked accounts. On browser i can see the accounts and it's working fine. I have reinstalled the apps, cleared cache etc., But all in vain. Like someone said previously, i had another account with rogers earlier, Maybe that's what is causing the issue.

Greetings @guramrit! A warm welcome the the Community and Congrats on your first post! 🙌 This sounds like quite the dilemma and we're here to help!
It most definitely appears to be an account linking issue here. If you previously had an old account linked to your MyRogers profile and now have a new account number due to a new activation or product change(s), the old account number would most certainly have to be removed in order to have the new account number linked.
We'd be more than happy to take a further look at this with you to get this sorted out. Feel free to connect with us by sending a private message @CommunityHelps and we'll be happy to have a gander for you. Check out this blog if you're not familiar with our PM system.
