I get regular emails from 2 sites offering music lessons but some of the emails in my inbox will not open. I can read the subject line but Windows 10 Mail just shows the dots proceeding across the screen forever without opening the message. I have nothing in my Blocked messages list and no messages from these senders in my Spam folder. Any clues?

I can't login to my Rogers email since July 8. It says it doesn't recognize my username or password. I've used this account for over 15 years! I also can't reset the password -- it doesn't accept the answer to my security questions. Tech support is a three-hour wait, and the online chat is unavailable all day today July 9.

I thought I was the only one, I had access till about noon july 8 then nothing. Really frustrating, cant get through to anyone.

Same here. Exact symptoms as artkilgour. Currently 10:25pm July 10, 2022. No indication from rogers re wait time for tech support. Horrible and poorly designed network that this could happen. My kids are on Virgin internet, no price hikes over the past 4 years and 0 down time.

When will email be restored? Won't recognize my password, says to try later. How long until this is resolved???

Same issue with me. Unable to locate my account/password info when logging into the Rogers Yahoo mail site or Yahoo app on my phone. Strangely, I do still have access to Rogers emails in Office 365 Outlook, but only there.

After the outage we are not able to receive emails to our devices on Wifn. The send works find. Anyone know how to get working?

Hoping someone can help or direct me, as it almost but impossible to get a hold of someone within tech support. I am experiencing issues in accessing my email, uses multiple access methods, and media
When I enter the email and password, I always get the following, and I know that the email and password are correct
Sorry, we can't find the username or password in our records. Please try again.
Any help or suggestions, or able to let me know if the email service is down?

Using Rogers Yahoo email all my incoming email goes straight to trash. How can I fix it so that it goes to inbox. This problem started after the July 8 crash.

Try clearing your cache (temp files, but not cookies), then log in again.
