rogers cell phone SMS Multi-factor authentication not working. It is turned on in MY Rogers account but I never receive a SMS code when logging in ?

Thanks for chiming in regarding your concerns with the 2FA process, when logging into your MyRogers account. By any chance, do you also have an email option set up that you can use instead, until the issue with your wireless authentication option can be resolved?

I'm hitting this issue as well. Because I never receive the one time codes I cannot enable email access on a new phone or on a different laptop. I cannot access the account info to change any security settings in https://rogersmembercentre.com/#/dashboard because all links just reload the same page. Very frustrating. I have a ticket open.

This is terrible. My wife and I both manage our account, which is in her name/email/phone for MFA purposes. Every time I try to log in to manage our family’s Rogers account (or just watch TV on my iPad or iPhone, I have to get the One Time Code from my wife. Like, EVERY time! It’s really annoying. We both want to COMPLETELY turn off MFA as it’s annoying for both of us.
