Unresolved issues with ignite HomeConnect App. I am able to log in, but the functions do not work. Unable to test connection, restart gateway, either get a blank screen or error something went wrong try later. I am able to see people I have set up to monitor screen time, but when I click in, they say no devices found. When I click assign devices I get the error message something went wrong. Have done all the basic troubleshooting, restart, clear cache/date, Uninstall/reinstall. Rogers rep could not resolve and said ticket would be escalated.. Still waiting.

I understand that the HomeConnect app not working is incredibly inconvenient but I'm glad to hear that we've already escalated this issue for further investigation.
Have you received any updates on your ticket as of yet?
