When logged into the forum and creating a post, see the area near the top of the area where you're typing for icons. There is a "camera" icon that you can click on to attach a screenshot.
If you're using a tablet or phone, you may need to switch your browser to the desktop version. How to do that will depend on the device but a web search should find it.

Same issue , also tried factory reset the thing twice holding the WPS button on the button. FYI I can only change the SSID and WiFi password via this hard reset at this point. SMH

Hi @JImm2341,
Thank you for your continued patience and we appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have completed. Are you able to complete any other tasks in the app such as creating a profile or enabling the advanced security? If once you are on the Overview tab and you click on Share WiFi do you run into the same issue? Can you also provide us with the make, model, and the OS for the devices that you are using.
Regards,

I think the issue is with my modem. I got my friend to login with his account and he was able to modify his settings on my devices
How can I get this resolve?

Hi,
The amount of time I have to wasted for a response only to be asked the same repetitive question when I already answered earlier. I should have just switch to Bell.
