I think the issue is with my modem. I got my friend to login with his account and he was able to modify his settings on my devices How can I get this resolve?
Same issue , also tried factory reset the thing twice holding the WPS button on the button. FYI I can only change the SSID and WiFi password via this hard reset at this point. SMH App version
