Changing Caller ID - An impossible task

I'm trying to change the caller id on my wireless accounts, the link you have provided is overdue and useless. The video you have shared was from 2020 and via mobile app. 

When i try to login on computer, there isn't an option under quick links to choose ''Change My Caller ID''.

I seek help on this one, and please update your page.

This option may have been moved or replaced.  But one thing that will always work is calling into Rogers Wireless Customer Service and asking the telephone associate to change your "users name" on which ever number you wish.  They will be happy to do this for you.
