What VPN works with Cobra 5G xtream MGA5331

Just got above device. With Ethernet connection to PC running Win 10 (about 5 years old) speeds are as expected (100/10). Been using NORD VPN last 3 years with Bell 5G 25/5. Speeds are 25 down if using VPN or not.

With Cobra, once I connect VPN, speed is 10-12 down. Whats gives? Have read some stuff that may suggest my PC is too old (Acer TC-886-ER11).
