Unable to see wifi name

Hi All,

Got a new wifi connection, installed modem and able to connect to mobile and TV.

However, windows 10 PC is not able to detect and show new wifi name.

Verified that all drivers are updated, rebooted PC, rebooted modem, did network reset.

Anything I can check and update?

Thanks for your posting your concern about your Wi-Fi connection. Can you confirm if your PC is compatible with 5G Wi-Fi? The modem uses band steering which can cause connectivity issues with devices that are only compatible with 2.4G Wi-Fi.

Are all of your other devices connecting fine? Do you know how old the PC is or when it was manufactured?
