Ignite Internet not working since last 4 days.Already put a complaint but it is not resolved. It's an outage in my area and it is not happening just for me.
Really frustrated with the service.
Also the sales rep who sold me the plan told me that there is no contract with rogers and it is going to be month on month plan with rogers. When I called them to terminate the connection, then I got to know that Sales rep lied to me and I have 24 months contract with Rogers. Sales rep name was Tanveer or Tanvir.
