We have been experiencing an outage to our home internet connection since yesterday morning. It has been 36 hours and every time the customer support team is called, we get a new ETA for the fix to happen. Getting such prolonged internet outages in working days has impacted our work commitments heavily. Anybody else from Brampton facing the same issue. The postal code area is L6V.
