Hi there,
I've had severe ping spike issues for the past 2 weeks since upgrading to the Ignite 1.5 GigaBit plan from the 1 GigaBit plan. No equipment nor cables were changed, only the plan was upgraded. I've tried contacting chat support who's told me they see nothing wrong on their end multiple times. I've had a technician come in and tried to remove an amplifier thinking that was causing the issue but the problem persisted so he said it is likely a street problem and pushed it to the maintenance department. It's been a week now and the problem still exists and I've received no updates regarding the maintenance department. It is making online gaming impossible, please help ASAP. For reference, this is a house in Markham, Ontario.
