Hi Rogers team,
Very pathetic and concerning service. This is Abhijit. My internet was started on 12th Feb as part of bulk plan but stopped working since last 4 days. I have reached out to 10-12 different service technicians and had 1 visit. Every time either buck is passed to a new department and getting new stories everyday (issue with account, bulk account details not added, modem is not registered, 2 cases have been raised). Bottom line, I am without internet for last 4 days and no one seems to be in any position to help me. This is very poor customer experience and left me aghast that how a company such as Rogers not been able solve concern for a customer who has escalated it so many times, including Major escalations.
