Internet name showing up twice

I recently got the Rogers Xfinity service in my home. It’s been super spotty and doesn’t seem to have far range in the house. However, when I was on my firestick I noticed my connection was not good and I couldn’t connect. I checked the internet settings and found my internet on there twice. One had WPA2 PSK with a good signal and the other had WPA3-Personal where the signal was weak. Is this normal or is this something that is not suppose to be happening?

I think your are saying your Wifi name shows twice in the router. Because there are 2, one is 2.4g the other 5g. Being same name means it is band steering.
