I’ve been struggling for two weeks trying to resolve Xfinity tv issues. I can watch on my tablet without incident. I tried to airplay it to my TV that doesn’t have a set up box, but it freeezes. I’ve tried to watch on a different tv that is connected to the Set up box but it randomly looses connection and the screen goes black. This is all new. Never had this issue a month ago. Rogers technician came and replaced our Gateway, but no improvement. Here’s a screenshot of my test connection.
