Hi,
This week was quite annoying. The landline internet would randomly disconnect for several minutes and reconnect.
It would happen maybe 1-2 times a day at a random time. Is anyone else having this issue? Either that or my modem is having issues.

Hi Moin,
- It happens on all devices
- Modem is not rebooting, just no connection to internet
- It's in my room connected to my PC by ethernet
I had a Rogers tech come on site and he found the issue was with the entire apartment building.

Thanks for your response. It's good the tech could identify the issue with others in your building. Typically, they would submit a ticket to the maintenance department to have the issue investigated and fixed.
I look forward to seeing the issue resolved as soon as possible.

It has been happening in with me in Pickering for a few months now and I am fed up with it to say the least
