My Internet service is down and can't get an answer as to why, except the they are aware and working on it !!! That still doesn't answer the question as to why services are down!!!! Very frustrating 😕

Information about outages and estimated service restoration times are usually posted here: https://www.rogers.com/support/outage

Rogers is usually pretty forthcoming with information if the outage was caused by a fibre cut, power outage, or something else out of their control.

If Rogers does not provide any information at all, it's possible that they are still investigating.  It could also be a problem on their end (e.g. they pushed out software updates or configuration changes to a group of fibre nodes, and the nodes all crashed) and/or they could be doing some emergency maintenance.

Re: Internet Down

Good morning @btoneyor!

Are you still experiencing a service interruption today? For future reference, we post major outages here: www.rogers.com/outage. We always suggest checking this page first. If you do not see your area listed there, please do not assume it's a known outage and reach out to us for support so that we can get your services fixed without any further delay.

If the interruption is still ongoing, please feel free to send a private message to @CommunityHelps so we can assist you further. For more information on how our Private Messaging system works, you can find out more here.

Regards,
