currently my modem is in the basement and i would like to relocate it to the main floor since the wifi wont connect to my pc upstairs the only way i can see it could be relocated would be for rogers to run an out side line from my current entry point to the room that i want the modem put which would require a hole drilled from the outside wall into the room.
is it possible to have a rogers tech do this at no cost?

Good morning @hiho!
If you need us to send a tech out to relocate the modem, there is a one-time $49.99 fee involved with the service. If drilling is required, we need written permission from the homeowner before we can proceed.
