Having been moved onto Ignite for internet and tv, since they would no longer support our cable box, I would like to know why the so-called "most reliable internet" goes down almost every day? Not for long periods (except today for 35 minutes), but enough to disrupt working, and now, of course, television. If this is the new and improved service, it doesn't bode well for the future! Anyone else in Toronto having internet problems today?

Ahoy Jlyn!
Congratulations on your first post with us! 🙌 I'm saddened to hear about the connectivity issues you've been plagued with since your migration to our new Ignite services. I know first hand how imperative it is to ensure you stay connected. I've had my Ignite TV bundle for eons now and it's been a great experience.
When you experience a drop in connection, are you hardwired via Ethernet while being directly connected to the modem or does this occur via WiFi?
Have you tried rebooting the Ignite TV modem and your Ignite STB box(es)?
What devices are impacted?
Looking forward to hearing from you,
RogersJo
