Ignite 75u vs 150u ..will it allow more devices consistently

I have ignite 75u which is recommended for 4-7 devices..I have up to 16 at times..
Will upgrading improve dropouts? As at times one of our devices will not be connected but others will be..

It does sound like you may be hitting the limits of your available bandwidth if you have that many devices connected simultaneously.
