What is the process for returning phone in contract end in exchange for new phone/contract? Specifically.. I assume they let you keep both phones to do transfer of data etc.. **Labels Added**

Will there ever be an increase in 4k channels? Or is limited bandwidth the reason why it can't be increased with today's technology

It was resolved on my end with second call and manager intervention.But Rogers has some serious issues with their app/website which leads to total.customer confusion and even rogers agent confusion.

Spoke to another agent today..he said it was early change fee 20 per month..tried to get it waived..manager.said no.I told them to label message properly, like cell phone changes..Odd thing is they promoted this as a special offer to me..but it's not...

Maybe a dumb question but are the mods employees of Rogers or have a pipeline to technical people at Rogers? Because if they are/do I think they are doing a disservice to us for multiple frustrating posts on the same issue if they could have escalate...
