My Rogers Ignite 150 Internet speed is extremely slow for the past month. I went to the store to replace the Gigabit modem and now I do not even have 5G wifi available. This is causing difficulties for me since I've been working from home since the pandemic and am having troubles at times uploading/downloading files.

By default I believe it combines the 2.4 and 5 Ghz networks you can login to the modem to change this behaviour
Do you have the white modem or the new black ignite modem?
