How to Access DHCP Settings

AwesomeRob
I've been here awhile

Interesting issue I'm having.  My wireless devices are on one IP block: 192.168.0.x whereas my wired devices are on block 172.16.12.x and of course they can't communicate.  The only DHCP I have is my Rogers Ignite device.  Signing in as admin I can't see anywhere that I can access DHCP setup.  All the advanced features take me to ignitewifi.rogers.com which of course isn't working.  How do I get the DHCP to serve only 1 block of IP addresses regardless of wired or wireless clients?

Under Gateway > Connection > Local IP Configuration It's set to 192.168.0.x so I have no idea why wired devices are getting the 172.16.12.x block.

@AwesomeRob  The Ignite gateways do not have much in the way of DHCP configuration options.  I presume that you configured your Ignite gateway to use 192.168.0/24 for its Internal LAN.

What are your Ethernet devices connected to?  Are you using a managed Layer-3 LAN switch, that has its own IP routing capabilities and an internal DHCP server?

If not, and you just are using a simple, inexpensive, unmanaged LAN switch for connectivity, is it connected to Port 2 on your Ignite Gateway, and if you go to "Gateway > Hardware > LAN Ethernet", do you have the "Associate Ethernet Port 2 to HOME SECURITY Network:" option enabled?
