Constant Issues with Rogers

I've been here awhile

I have had rogers phone for two decades and got rogers ignite internet.

 

My phone has issues at high speed and reduced speed.  They tell me there are no issues because their towers are working and close the tickets or just check it while I am on the phone with them.

 

I then complain again and still no help.

 

My internet at this very moment is completely out and has been for days.

 

My internet turns offline regularly but mostly at around 2-4am nightly.  

 

I've called dozens of times about it and typically they just close the ticket and say there is no issues.

 

I have issues and am paying 187$/month for the services.

 

I am so frustrated with rogers.

I can understand how frustrating it is to deal with these issues on your home internet and wireless services.

 

Are the phone issues you are experiencing happening both indoors and outdoors? What speeds on you seeing on your device?

 

For your home internet, please follow the steps outlined here. Provide us with your signal levels table so the community can review to see if anything seems unusual or out of specification. There are updates that are done over night between the hours that you've mentioned but it should not be happening every night and your service should not be down for too long.
