Internet casually decides to die every 2-3 months.  Had techs come over like a congo line. Its out again and can't get a tech to show up.  Wrote to head office (The President LOL).  Just send another tech and I'll see you in 3 months.  Internets been down for weeks.  What are my options at this point?
