ignite remote + samsung oled tv

Hello, I upgraded my Samsung qled tv to a Samsung oled. I had the previous Samsung remote working on the qled tv through the RF option. I had to select Comcast as the provider for that to work. On the new oled, I enabled IP remote on the tv and the ignite xi6-t box. I can only use the Samsung remote if I'm directly standing in front of the box. Is there any way of getting the RF option to come up again?

Your Samsung remote can only be operable when standing in front of the box, which can be inconvenient. Have you tried turning off the IP remote? You may want to contact Helps & Tips for Television | Samsung Support CA for assistance.

I understand you want to use your Samsung remote; however, you can pair your Ignite Voice Remote to use voice commands and all other features.
