Plex streaming app on Ignite box doesn't support personal media?..

I recently got the ignite pro 1.5gbps package with streaming box add-on and it has all the fancy apps and all, but after logging into Plex it says that it doesn't support personal media? And it's also not casting supported so there's zero way to access my own media through this box? That's wild, when did this change? I could have sworn that I used it last year at a friend's to access my media remotely

I didn't even know that these boxes had a Plex app - so I tried logging in for the first time and see that same as you do.  You can get streaming devices pretty cheap these days and/or a Plex app for most TV OSes so it shouldn't be a big deal.
