Been try to get a hold of customer service to add new product since Dec 31st. 2 1/2hr, 1 1/2hr, 3 hrs now on hold for another 1 1/2hr and going. Is anyone working? Tried to go to store on Dec 30 and they said they can't help with a new cable box. I need to call customer service. Seriously, is this what Rogers refers to as improved service? This is pure insanity and only seems to be getting worse every day. How can we put the responsibility of vital services (such as phone and internet) in the hands of a communication company that we cant even communicate with.
