I just purchased a new Ultra 2 watch.
I have cellular for my old series 4 watch.
I unpaired the old watch. I updated both iPhone14 pro max and ultra to their respective iOS 17’s.
Watch is working but I am unable to connect the cellular back to the new watch.
When I tap on ‘set up cellular’ it immediately goes to the ‘My Rogers’ page and shows a red triangle with an exclamation mark in it and ‘ok’ underneath. I can’t even get past that to set the cellular up.
Any ideas?

Good day @princessjo !
Thanks for posting your concerns and congrats on the new purchase!! I'm so sorry to hear you were having some difficulty in getting your new Apple Watch paired to your iPhone, that's not cool. 😞
Since posting, have you been able to get past the error and complete the pairing process? If the issue still persists, please ensure that you have the bluetooth option enabled, both devices (watch and phone) are in close proximity, and that you are connected to a WiFi/cellular network, for the best results.
If the problem continues, we can certainly take a closer look with you. Just send us a PM @CommunityHelps to get started. 🙂
Kind regards,
RogersYasmine
