Thank you for the response. My phone is updated to iOS Version 16.6.1. Allow notifications is on. Badges is on. Still no Red Dot.

Hello, @Shabster.
Thank you for confirming the iOS version, Notifications, and Badges status. It's puzzling why the Badge is not turning on for new voicemails.
Please try the following: Turn the Badge off, force restart your iPhone and then turn the Badge on.
Please keep us posted.
Cheers,
RogersMoin

Hello again @Shabster,
We certainly want to help you in resolving the voicemail notification issue you're experiencing, at this time.
If I understand correctly, both of your phones are iPhone 8, however, you only seem to notice the missing voicemail indicator on one line. Is that right?
Were both your phone numbers ported in from Shaw? Do you know if they have the same voicemail feature?
To further assist you in resolving this, we'll need access to your account. Please send a message to @CommunityHelps so we can discuss privately and take a deeper look into this.

Oops. A tad embarrassing. The iPhone missing the voicemail notification is an iPhone 12 mini. Both purchased from Shaw.
