When I try and complete the cellular setup of my Apple Watch Series 7 (watchOS 10.3) via the Watch app (iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17.3), it begins to open the Rogers.com website, but can't seem to connect.

We appreciate the information you have provided by ensuring that both devices are on the latest OS. Did you have a previous Apple Watch linked before? We do want to ensure that the previous watch has been unlinked before connecting and setting up the new one.
