Hi guys, My iphone 16 pro 256gb reservation disappeared two days ago... customer care don't have any reservation on their system. Any idea why to do now?

I pre ordered iphone 16 pro max desert titanum and waited more than a month and just received an email rogers shipped my phone to the store I selected on 22nd of Oct and I just missed a phone call from the store on the next day. But I just go to the store on the next day I missed a call to pick up the phone (not even passed 24 hours I missed a call) and they said they pass to someone else because I missed a phone call.
I was really upset that they give away my phone to someone else because I just missed a call????
I don’t get it rogers policy if this is your pre order system.
Is there no chance if someone missed a call because they are working or something else?
My long waiting time was just wasting.
I will not gonna get a phone from rogers I rather just reserve the phone at the apple store direct.

Oh that is bad. I mean was there in the agreement that it says you must pick the phone, none right? Anyway, maybe a blessing in disguise. Because now that I have the IP16, there are some frustration. 1. The battery life at the start drain so fast. Apple said, expect this because it is trying to retrieve all you data including apps. It took me a week when the battery became 'normal' - so this issue is solved. 2. The camera sucks! it keep frozen and shutting down and the temporary solution is restart the phone. Apple is aware of this but until now they have not resolve it. Return and exchange for another phone won't help because they said all the phone is like this. They advise me to what for the IOS update 18.1 - this will resolve the issue. 😞

Hey,
Can someone help me track my order? I ordered an upgrade (iPhone 16 Pro Max)from my Rogers account on 14 October 2024 and opted for Ship to Home. I have an order confirmation number that I can't track anywhere, and it doesn't show up in my orders as well.
When I try to check for an upgrade on the same line, the following message is shown:
How can I track the status of the order, and if it's on back order, how can I see the waiting list?
