Hi guys, My iphone 16 pro 256gb reservation disappeared two days ago... customer care don't have any reservation on their system. Any idea why to do now?

Did you get an email with your reservation? If so - you’re all good. The system is glitchy…check your spam if you don’t see it

Yes i have received the confirmation email. Nothing in spam folder too
