opting out of "thank you for your payment" messages?

Is there a way to opt out of receiving text and email messages from Rogers every time I pay a bill? I do not want to receive these messages, especially to both text and email.

Good day @gamble67 !

Thanks for joining us in the forums, we hope your week is going well so far! 🙂

We may be able to disable these notifications, depending on your payment type. Can you please confirm, are these payments done through Auto-pay? Or are you making these payments manually through your bank?

If these are "one-time" manual payments, done through your bank, kindly send us a Private Message @CommunityHelps so we can disable the notifications for you. Please note: Notifications for declined payments are mandatory and cannot be disabled.

Thank you!

@RogersYasmine I am trying to private message @CommunityHelps but can't seem to find a way to do that. See the reply above from @rogersyasmine - my payments are made manually from my bank account and I am hoping to have the notifications of "payment received" turned off for both my email and text.

Perhaps the following instructions will help?

When logged into the forum, click on @CommunityHelps  .  On the page that comes up, you'll see a link on the top right of the screen to "send a message".  If you're using a tablet or phone, you may need to switch your browser to the desktop version. How to do that will depend on the device but a web search should find it.  There may be some back and forth required while Rogers get your personal information to look into your account.  Personal information is not allowed in this forum.
