I changed my province and I need to change my number. after 5 times that I called no one helped me. What should I do now? Who is responsible for this company? I just want to change my number. their website doesn't work and the customer service department is useless too.

Just to clarify, if you have a Canada-wide plan, then you may not have to change your number. With this type of plan coverage, you won't be charged any long distance if calling another Canadian number. If this is not the case, then yes, you'll definitely want to get your number changed ASAP.
