Hey everyone!
I left Rogers over the weekend and got an email telling me to expect a call with an offer to return my cell to Rogwrs.
My new provider has spotty reception indoors and I'm eager to rejoin Rogers.
How do I get in touch with the Winback team to see what offers are available?
I called customer care tonight and got treated like a credit risk after 11 years without a missed payment so I'm hoping to avoid a hard credit inquiry.
Help?

*UPDATE*
I received a call but nobody responded when I said hello. I could hear them clicking away on their computer but after saying hello a number of times without a response they hung up.
Not sure what happened. I tried to call back and left a message on their machine. Hopefully they will call back.
