Winback not really winning anybody back

Venkey409
I've been around

Hello,

With overrated charges from Rogers , I moved my mobility to Fido and keeping home Home internet with Rogers.

Fido started making hole in my pocket, then I switched to bell. then winback team called me and offered lifetime 35$ per month on rogers (with unlimited 5g internet) and 25$ per month with Fido.  Then I said, I will switch at month end and called back them on month end. Surprisingly, Rogers support said no such offers on  my profile and then I tried with FIdo support and no luck. Then the next day, I moved my internet too  to bell. Bell offered me very good bundle price and rogers can never beat that. I am now happy customer of bell.  And I wish rogers should learn how to respect their customers. Good luck.

I'm here a lot

The call would have been from an agent which rogers will have no record of. You should have asked them to call you back or got their number.
